I found the Helmet to be very comfortable and I had no pressure points all the way around. The air follow was great but then again it cool this evening so I will let you know when it gets warmer. I person pulled up beside me and stated he wish other bicycle riders would ride with a flashing rear light on their helmet. Thanks Lumos.
I was a bit worried about ordering a helmet for both myself and my husband before trying on. Shouldn’t have worried as they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable to wear. They look really good on and the extra benefit of the rear fire fly light is brilliant. A great purchase and really happy 😃
I have been a Lumos fan for a while. I like to be safe on the road, gravel anywhere, in all kind of bikes. This is the best helmet with a light . The Firefly lights are very bright and the one in the back of the helmet attach very easily with the magnet port. The helmet fits very well and we can adjust very well in the back. I got the one with MIPS. The ventilation, aero shape and the weight are right for short or long rides. The chin strap buckle is magnet. You can close very fast.
I don’t normally leave product reviews, especially via video, but I feel this Lumos Ultra Fly Pro helmet and the firefly light accessory, is worthy of a good video review. Let me start by saying I love the very visible color and the overall construction and comfort of the helmet. I had another top-of-the-line helmet prior to Lumos and this one is by far, superior. I have the MIPS design for safety. Other features I appreciate are the sun glasses holder on top and the adjustable flexfit system so I can adjust the fit tension based on whether I wear a skull cap or not. I also appreciate the magnetic clasp system for the chin strap. The Lumos helmet padding inside is comfortable and overall the helmet is light weight. Now what I consider is the highlight of this helmet… On my prior helmet I had rigged a flashing red light on the rear of the helmet so when I saw this Lumos helmet feature coupled with the firefly light accessory that fits into the rear magnetic port, I was sold on this feature. The firefly light is bright and adjustable and rechargeable. I even carry a spare light in case I have an extra long bike trip and can easily change out the light if needed. I might add, I had an issue with my order and Lumos customer service made it right immediately. It was no hassle. I highly recommend the Lumos Ultra Fly Pro with Firefly light accessory. You won’t regret it.
